New Automated Check In

At The Tollgate Hotel, we’ve enhanced the check-in process to offer a smoother, more personalised arrival.

All guests are now required to check in online prior to arrival. You’ll receive a check-in email ahead of your stay which once completed, a unique access code to your room will be sent directly to you - no key cards, no queues, no waiting.

Arrive from 3pm and enjoy the freedom to come and go entirely at your leisure.

To wake up the keypad, press the centre area on the keypad that says ‘card’. The keypad will then light up and is ready for your 4-digit pin completed with a ‘#’ at the end. The door will then unlock and give you access to your room.

Whilst we pride ourselves on automation, you're never on your own. If you need any assistance during your stay, please ring 01903 879 494 where a member of staff is on hand 24/7 to answer your queries.

Bringing Your Own Drinks:

You are welcome to bring your own drinks to enjoy in your room. We do not charge corkage.
